How much is the deposit?
• We require 50% deposit at the time the contract is signed.
What is the capacity?
The space allows up to 50 people.
Is there parking available?
• Free Street parking. We have a driveway that can allow 2 cars plus 1 additional car on the street driveway.
• The Host will have parking in the front of the house.
Directions to El Patio De Rosario?
• We are 6 minutes away from the Hutchinson River Parkway and I95.
• We are 14 minutes away from the Throggs Neck Bridge and 8 minutes from the WhiteStone Bridge.
• We are 5 minutes away from the Cross Bronx Expy.
• We are one block away from East Tremont Ave and the BX 40 and 42.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If it's just a passing shower, we can provide canopies and we can adjust the timeline of the event.
We also have a large space inside the home to accommodate guests if the weather turns bad. You can rearrange furniture to create space and move some of the outdoor activities indoors.
If the entire day is a rain day, we can reschedule the event for the next available time at no additional cost. If no dates are available, then we will refund you 50% of the complete package.
