Pricing
We require 50% deposit at the time the contract is signed.
Final Payment is due 3 days prior to the event. All Payments are Final.
Note: Party Design Decorations and Catering are NOT included in the Pricing below.

$1700 - Saturday (Available times 9am-10pm)
* 5 Hours Minimum Booking on Saturday

$1500 - Thurs & Friday (Must END by 9pm)

* 5 Hours Minimum Booking Wed -Thurs
3+ hours decorations & setup time before start time
Pre-Approval Required for any Additional hour past the end time billed at $400 per hour
Note: Any Damaged or Broken items will be billed accordingly.
*$125 Insurance Fees will be added to ALL Bookings
The Rules
• Regular smoking is allowed only inside the event backyard space
• NO Drugs
• NO Gathering in front of the Property or any Neighboring Property
• NO DJ, NO Karaoke
• NO Confetti of any kind, NO Glitter (Only Color Smoke or Sparkles for Gender Reveals) ($250 Violation Fee)
• NO Pinatas WITH Confetti allowed ($250 Violation Fee)
• No pets allowed inside the house
• No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed.
Check Out
• We provide you with a 15-minutes grace period for gathering your belongings.
• We ask that you turn off the music at this time and clear the space.
• Anyone left in the space should is expected to leave.
• Anyone leaving the space is not allowed to simply hangout in front of any property.
• We ask you to clear the front of our space and simply leave, it helps us maintain good standings with our neighbors.
